Texas law requires that all patients, visitors, and staff must follow screening and testing policies for COVID-19.
- Before entering the clinic and before examination we screen patients for COVID-19 and take each visitor’s temperature.
- We ask that patients who are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms call to make an appointment before coming.
- Lone Star Circle of Care separates sick and well patients and we also offer Virtual Visits.
Prior to medical procedures or surgery on the mucous membranes, including the respiratory tract, with a high risk of aerosol transmission, the minimum safety equipment used by a physician or physician’s delegate should include N95 masks, or an equivalent protection form aerosolized particles, and face shields.
