Lone Star Circle of Care is pleased to announce an exciting expansion of its behavioral health services at Collinfield, located in North Austin at 8913 Collinfield Drive, Unit 1 & Unit 2, Austin, TX 78758.
Formerly operated by LifeWorks, the newly acquired section of the facility offers enhanced therapy and psychiatry for older teens and adults, further complementing the clinic’s existing family medicine, pediatric, and behavioral health services. The expansion includes 10 offices and a conference room, which strengthens the clinic’s capacity to support individuals and families across a variety of health needs, creating a more integrated and comprehensive approach to care.
The expanded services are provided by Austin Cannady, LPC, and Idida “Idi” Aleman, APRN-PMHNP, and their dedicated care teams.
Austin has been with Lone Star Circle of Care since 2020 and recently transferred from our Ben White – Behavioral Health location. With this expansion, he conducts assessments for behavioral health concerns, make tailored referrals, and provide counseling for issues such as trauma. He also supports discharge planning, helping patients develop strategies for managing their diagnoses post-care, and collaborate with external providers when necessary.
Idi joined Lone Star Circle of Care in late 2024. She provides psychiatry services at Collinfield on Mondays and at Texas A&M Health Science Center – Behavioral Health Tuesday through Friday. As part of the expansion, she provides a wide range of mental health services, including managing stabilization and maintenance for patients. If a patient is a candidate for treatment, she will guide them through each stage of care.
