What Do I Need to Know For Open Enrollment This Year?

Whether you are new to Marketplace insurance or re-enrolling this year, it’s important to review your options. Health insurance plans change each year, potentially involving changes to provider networks, drug coverage, and co-pays. Now is the time to assess your family’s health needs for the coming year and check to see if your doctors are in network for your selected plan. Lone Star Circle of Care Enrollment Staff can help you determine which plan is best for you based on your family’s health needs.

Marketplace insurance rates are based on the plan you select and your annual household income. If your family income is at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Limit, you may be eligible for a premium tax credit that will be applied to your monthly insurance bill. We can help you better understand what financial assistance you may be eligible for this year.
