Lone Star Circle of Care is excited to open our newest location in Oak Springs.
The new clinic is located at 3000 Oak Springs, Lone Star Suite, Austin, Texas 78702.
Dr. Nwankwo is a Family Medicine provider and will serve patients Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
This clinic is located inside the Integral Care facility and is open to the community as well as referred patients.
