2017 marks the one year anniversary of the Lone Star Circle of Care and BACTES partnership. BACTES is a release of information provider, located in Austin, Texas utilized to fulfill medical record requests. With a heart to do what is best for the community and planet BACTES partnered with a reforestation organization by the name of The Eden Projects. Their partnership focuses on the replenishment of renewable resources; as many medical record requests remain processed on paper.
The Eden Projects restores forests in areas around the world whose environments are most vulnerable to the loss of trees. The current areas of focus are Haiti, Madagascar, Ethiopia and Nepal. Each year, this organization plants millions of trees in these areas based on donations of individuals and organizations.
