Jo Z. Carcedo
Ms. Carcedo has more than three decades of senior executive leadership in the field of health and human services, developing service delivery systems, implementing programs, allocating resources, fund development and philanthropy. Her philanthropic experience includes the design and administration of the grantmaking system for a health conversion foundation in Texas, where she developed and led innovative initiatives focused on helping healthcare organizations address the social determinants of health. She has a B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University, an M.P. Aff. from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.B.A. from Texas Woman’s University. Ms. Carcedo has served on the LSCC Board of Directors since September 2024.
