No. You do not have to be insured to receive care at Lone Star Circle of Care. However, all uninsured patients undergo a screening process prior to their first appointment to determine if you or a member of your family may be eligible for our Sliding Fee Discount Program as well as other public assistance health care programs. Our staff will also help you apply to these assistance programs. No patient is ever denied services based on an inability to pay.

There are no restrictions or eligibility requirements to receive care at Lone Star Circle of Care. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide care to anyone, regardless of income, residency status, employment, health insurance coverage, or ability to pay for services. We offer a sliding fee scale according to household size and income. We can also assist those who qualify with enrollment in Medicaid/CHIP/Marketplace/SNAP or other programs.
No, there is no charge for parking. Please bring your parking ticket inside, and the front desk will validate it. Upon exiting the parking lot, you will need your parking ticket. Put the ticket in the meter, then meter will accept the validated ticket and allow you to exit.
Arrive early. Be ready to fill out a few forms. Who knows? We might be able to see you ahead of schedule.
