How to request a refill
If you need a refill for a prescription that was written by a Lone Star Circle of Care provider, please call the pharmacy where you filled the prescription:

If you use a non-Lone Star Circle of Care pharmacy, such as Walgreens or CVS, you will need to contact that pharmacy directly to arrange for a refill.
Lone Star Circle of Care pharmacies only fill prescriptions from Lone Star Circle of Care providers.
Refill wait times
If your prescription still has refills, please give your pharmacy a minimum of four hours (during normal business hours) to process.
If the prescription does not have refills remaining, the pharmacy will send an electronic request for a new prescription to your healthcare provider. Your refill request may require a follow up provider visit. Lone Star Circle Care asks for 3 business days to respond to requests for new prescriptions.
