In Memoriam: Andrew Mahaffey, M.D.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Dr. Andrew Mahaffey, a beloved obstetrician and valued member of the Lone Star Circle of Care family since 2012. As he approached retirement at the end of 2026, Dr. Mahaffey’s dedication, compassion, and commitment to his patients continued to inspire those around him. We are grateful to have known and worked alongside Dr. Mahaffey and honor his memory.
