athenaOne FAQs

As of May 14, 2024, Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) has transitioned to a new electronic health record (EHR) system, athenaOne. athenaOne, the flagship platform from athenahealth, will provide LSCC with patient health management tools to streamline workflows and enhance quality for care for patients.

New Patient Portal and Fax Numbers

As part of the move to athenaOne, we have implemented a new Lone Star Circle of Care Patient Portal and implementing new fax numbers for our clinics. The new Portal provides a modern and seamless approach to securely message your care teams, access medical records, schedule appointments and more.

Lone Star Circle of Care will no longer be able to receive faxes through our current numbers. You can find the new numbers here. We kindly request that you update your records to reflect this change.
